- **Mushrooms** (sliced)

- **Chicken stock**
- **Cream**
- **Fresh tarragon** (chopped)
**Instructions:**
1. Start by boiling water for the pasta.
2. In a hot frying pan, add olive oil and sliced mushrooms. Cook until they have a nice color.
3. Add finely chopped garlic and prepared leeks to the mushrooms and sauté until the leeks soften.
4. Pour in chicken stock and reduce it down by half, then add cream and let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Cook the pasta slightly undercooked before adding it to the sauce. Allow it to absorb the flavors for a few minutes.
6. Finish with fresh tarragon for added flavor.

**Ingredients:**
- **Fresh ciabatta bread** (two slices)
- **Olive oil**
