### Ingredients

🟢 **1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika**


🟢 **1/2 teaspoon garlic powder**


🟢 **1/2 teaspoon onion powder**


🟢 **1/2 teaspoon dried parsley**


🟢 **5-6 eggs**


🟢 **A pinch of salt**


🟢 **1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour (optional)**


🟢 **1 tablespoon of olive oil for frying**


🟢 **Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)**


🟢 **Manchego cheese (optional)**


### Cooking Instructions


1. **Sauté the Onions**

In a skillet, add the olive oil and the medium onion. Sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent.


2. **Add Carrots**

Grate the carrot and add it to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, mixing well.



3. **Cook the Cabbage**

Chop the white cabbage and add it to the skillet. Sauté for 10-12 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.


4. **Spice It Up**

Add the oregano, sweet paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley to the skillet, stirring to combine all the flavors.


5. **Incorporate Eggs**

In a bowl, beat the 5-6 eggs with a pinch of salt. Add them to the cabbage mixture and mix thoroughly. If desired, you can also incorporate 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour for added texture.



6. **Fry the Mixture**

In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and let it heat. Pour the cabbage and egg mixture, frying for about 2 minutes until the bottom sets.
